Some children are having difficulty remembering to check their planner to ensure they have completed all their homework. Please help them use this tool to remember all they need to do.
math:
Vmathlive is up and running. Your child has their password inside the front cover of their planner. Please do not let them go to the Gizmo section until we do it in class, as this is a lesson. If there is a problem with students not having access to a computer, please send in a note. Without a note, they will be marked as having incomplete homework.

Reading - Your child is expected to complete their reading log nightly. Please take a moment and listen to them read. Some children are "word calling" - this is where they fail to look at the entire word and just say a word that begins the same as the word in the book. Provide correction and then have them reread that sentence.
